The Inspection
Our objective is to visually inspect the house and prioritize any defects we find. It is important for the parties selling and purchasing the house to understand whether the defects that are found are minor, moderate, major or safety problems. All of these are explained as needing continued observation, regular maintenance, eventual repair or immediate repair. We are not there to gloss over any problems with the house, nor are we there to scare off potential purchasers. Our function is simply to make the party we are dealing with feel informed and comfortable with the decisions they are about to make.

Our comprehensive 24-page report allows you to take a detailed look at your investment. Although the report contains a large amount of information, it is indexed for fast, easy reference. The report is delivered to you on the spot at the completion of the inspection so you can complete your real estate transaction quickly, with the information that you need.

Typical house*
$325 + HST

Larger house
$10 per 100 square feet larger than typical

75+ year old house
$375 + HST

*Typical house is 2500 square feet or less, less than 75 years old, no outbuildings, single heating, cooling and electrical systems.
