Our comprehensive 24-page report allows you to take a detailed look at your investment. Although the report contains a large amount of information, it is indexed for fast, easy reference. The report is delivered to you on the spot at the completion of the inspection so you can complete your real estate transaction quickly, with the information that you need. Our prices are as follows: Townhouse $295 + HST Typical house* $325 + HST Larger house $10 per 100 square feet larger than typical 75+ year old house $375 + HST *Typical house is 2500 square feet or less, less than 75 years old, no outbuildings, single heating, cooling and electrical systems.
